Lead with love, not fear. Integrating who you are with what you do.

If you want to challenge convention and realize more than what you think is your potential, then you came to the right place. That’s the work I do—in 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and workshops.

How my mind works:

“We’re going to kill the bear.”

— Charles Morse, played by Anthony Hopkins in The Edge

There is a turning point in the movie, The Edge, where Anthony Hopkin’s character Charles decides they’ll stop running from the bear that is chasing them, and instead they’ll kill the bear. What we fear in life, we think is bigger than us. If we turn away or run away from what we fear, we make ourselves smaller and less capable than we really are. My work is to help you “kill the bear” of any fear in your life and your leadership.

“It’s in every one of us to be wise.”

— David Pomerantz

In David Pomeranz’s 1975 song, “It’s in every one of us” there is a line that goes: “Find your heart, open up both your eyes”. My orientation is that you already have what you need to be successful in your life, and like most people, you do not know what you know. You’ll be surprised what’s possible.

“Refreshes the parts other beers cannot reach.”

—Heineken ad campaign, 1973, Terry Lovelock

The work I do reaches parts other coaching cannot reach. Much leadership consulting draws its frameworks and jargon from conventional thinking. If convention worked, you’d be deeply fulfilled already, and the world would look quite different than it does today. My work challenges conventional thinking and adds perspectives for you to revitalize your leadership.

I have done this work long enough to afford to be choosy about who I work with. If you are committed to making the world a better place to live in, then you’re in the right place and I’m likely the right match for you.

There is no one way to make the world a better place, but if that’s not your endeavor as you see it, then I’m not for you.

What I will do is help you know who you really are and what you’re capable of bringing to life. I started by doing that for dozens of well-regarded CEOs and leadership teams. But what emerged is that what I share and how I work benefits anyone—I’ve come to help the spouses, colleagues and children of my early clients.
